Ankündigung
Orascom Developments (ODH) grösste Tochtergesellschaft in Ägypten, Orascom
Hotels and Development (OHD), ernennt ad-interim CEO
Altdorf/Kairo, 27. Januar 2016 - In Übereinstimmung mit der neuen Strategie
der Gesellschaft, einen operationellen und finanziellen Turn-around zu
implementieren, hat der Verwaltungsrat von OHD beschlossen, Herrn Khaled
Bichara, CEO der ODH, als Mitglied des Verwaltungsrates und ad-interim CEO
von OHD zu ernennen. Dies als Vertretung im Verwaltungsrat und auf
Empfehlung von ODH. Dr. Manal Hussein bleibt Präsidentin des
Verwaltungsrates der OHD. Die angekündigten Wechsel gelten per 1. Februar
2016.
