Generalversammlung genehmigt alle Anträge des Verwaltungsrates 
Altdorf, 6. Mai 2021 - Heute fand in Andermatt die 13. ordentliche Generalversammlung der Orascom Development Holding 
AG statt. Aufgrund der weiterhin angespannten Lage im Zusammenhang mit der Covid-19-Pandemie war die persönliche 
Teilnahme der Aktionäre ausgeschlossen. Der unabhängige Stimmrechtsvertreter vertrat 30'999'234 Namenaktien respektive 
76.36% des ausgegebenen Aktienkapitals. 
Sämtliche Anträge des Verwaltungsrates wurden genehmigt. Wie bereits bekanntgeben, haben Marco Sieber und Adil Douiri 
entschieden, sich nicht für eine weitere Amtsdauer zur Wiederwahl zu stellen. Alle weiteren Mitglieder des 
Verwaltungsrates wurden wiedergewählt. Ausserdem wurden Barbara Heller, Amine Omar Tazi-Riffi und Eskandar Tooma als 
neue Mitglieder des Verwaltungsrates gewählt.

Oktober.
