Mai 2022 ? Heute fand in Andermatt die 14. ordentliche Generalversammlung der Orascom Development Holding AG ohne physische Teilnahme von Aktionären statt. Der unabhängige Stimmrechtsvertreter vertrat 29'650'073 Namenaktien respektive 73.04% des ausgegebenen Aktienkapitals. Sämtliche Anträge des Verwaltungsrates wurden genehmigt. Wie bereits früher bekanntgeben, trat Samih O. Sawiris von seinem Amt als Verwaltungsratspräsident zurück und stellte sich wie auch Carolina Müller-Möhl, Barbara Heller und Jürg Weber nicht zur Wiederwahl in den Verwaltungsrat. Sämtliche übrigen Mitglieder des Verwaltungsrats wurden wiedergewählt und Naguib S. Sawiris als neuer Präsident des Verwaltungsrats ernannt. Maria Rioumine wurde als neues Mitglied in den Verwaltungsrat gewählt.
