Kunming Industry Development Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), fund managed by Yunnan Jinyuan Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. signed the share transfer agreement to acquire 7.77% stake in Pengdu Agriculture & Animal Husbandry Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002505) from Shanghai Pengxin Agricultural Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. for CNY 1.35 billion on June 8, 2022. As per the transaction, Kunming Industry Development Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) will acquire 495.12 million shares, representing approximately 7.77% stake at CNY 2.736 per share.
