Luzern, 16. März 2021 - Mit Verweis auf ihre Medienmitteilung vom 8. März 2021
nimmt Swiss Steel Holding AG zur Kenntnis, dass Liwet Holding AG gemäss
heutiger Benachrichtigung Beschwerde bei der FINMA gegen die Verfügung der
Übernahmekommission (UEK) vom 5. März 2021 ergriffen hat. Das
Bezugsrechtsangebot der Swiss Steel Holding AG wurde gestern erfolgreich
abgeschlossen. Erster Handelstag und Lieferung der neuen Aktien werden, wie
bereits bekanntgegeben, voraussichtlich am 23. März 2021 erfolgen.
