Today, Mr. Sindram informed the Supervisory Board he will resign as a member and Chairman of the Management Board of Westag AG on December 31, 2021. The Supervisory Board thanks Mr. Sindram for his hard work and commitment to the transformation and wishes him all the best for the future. The Supervisory Board intends to appoint a suitable successor as soon as possible.
