Duwayne Omar Walker

Mr. Duwayne O.
Walker is a Vice President of Credit Research at Belle Haven Investments LP.
He joined Belle Haven in October 2021.
He started his career in 2004 at the New York City Comptroller’s Office in the Bureau of Debt Management as a quantitative analyst.
In 2011, after graduating from business school he joined Raymond James Financial (formerly Morgan Keegan) as a municipal market desk analyst covering G.O.s and revenue bonds.
Most recently since 2016, he has worked as a senior analyst/portfolio manager at Federated Hermes (formerly Federated Investors) covering various high yield municipal market sectors and issuers, including senior living, charters schools, speculative/high profile G.O.s and Industrial Development Revenues credits.
He is a graduate of Hofstra University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business as well as the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, where he earned his MBA.
