Aditya Eachempati

Mr. Aditya Eachempati is a Senior Analyst at Kabouter Management, LLC.
He oversees the research for all Kabouter investments, and also leads Kabouter’s efforts in assisting portfolio companies improve their investor relations function.
Before joining Kabouter, Mr. Eachempati operated an independent consulting firm in Hong Kong where he advised hedge funds and private investors in a variety of equities and real estate investing areas.
He has worked in over 20 countries in Asia, Europe and the Americas.
Before moving to Hong Kong, he worked in consulting at Deloitte & Touche LLP in New York for seven years.
He has co-authored two research papers titled Anatomy of the Small-Cap Anomaly and the Importance of Investor Relations in Unlocking Value in International Equities.
Both papers were reviewed by faculty at the University of California at Berkeley and University of Chicago.
Mr. Eachempati has an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and a BA from Pomona College.
