Allyson Tucker

Ms. Allyson Tucker is a Chief Executive Officer at Washington State Investment Board.
She joined the WSIB in 2009 and has more than 20 years of investment management experience.
Before her appointment as CEO in January 2022, she served as Chief Investment Officer and previously as Senior Investment Officer heading the organization’s Risk Management and Asset Allocation team.
Prior to working at the WSIB, she worked as an Investment Specialist for BMGI, the investment manager for the William H.
Gates III Family Office and for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Trust.
She also worked as a research analyst for a full-service Pacific Northwest brokerage firm.
She graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Washington with a BA in Accounting.
She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), and is a member of the Seattle Society of Chartered Financial Analysts and the CAIA Seattle chapter.
