Mr. Lyons is a founder, the Managing Member, and a Director of Securities Capital Partners, LLC.
He is over 29 years veteran of the mortgage banking and real estate industry.
He has founded, built and eventually sold several mortgage banking platforms including United Mortgage & Financial Services, Valley Pine Mortgage, and Bay Capital.
He was an initial investor and shareholder of Maryland Permanent Bank & Trust, a commercial bank located in Owings Mills, MD., and Bay Capital, a mortgage bank, and Chesapeake Title, a title company, both of which were also located in Owings Mills, MD., and Bay Country Consumer Finance, a consumer finance company located in Glen Burnie, MD.
Most recently, he co-founded and was a Director of Securities Capital Management, a bank out-source company located in Orlando, FL., and REPID, LLC, a real estate investment venture based in Baltimore.
Mr. Lyons has served on the boards of Maryland Permanent Bank, Proficio Bank, and a non-profit high school for disadvantaged children.
