Prior to joining Gramercy in February 2007, Mr. Joannou was a Capital Project Director for the National Railroad Passenger Corporation, where he managed over $800MM worth of infrastructure projects.
As Project Director, he was responsible for creating and tracking multiple budgets, organizing cross-functional working groups, analyzing project risk, and awarding contracts after design review.
Mr. Joannou received his MBA in Management at Centenary College and BBA in Banking and Finance at Hofstra University.
