Walls has been President and Chief Administrative Officer of Opticare Health Systems, Inc. since October 2004 and Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since February 2002.
From December 2000 to February 2002, he was Vice President, Corporate Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Cyberian Outpost, Inc. From October 1999 to December 2000, he was Corporate Counsel, Vice President of Business Affairs and Assistant Corporate Secretary for Real Media, Inc. He received a BA from the University of Dayton and a JD from Widener University.
