Mr. Craig Smith, CFA, is a Head of Research & Business Development at Anchor Stockbrokers Pty Ltd.
Prior to joining Anchor Stockbrokers, he was an Associate Director in the sub-Saharan Africa capital markets team at Jones Land LaSalle (JLL), where he was responsible for executing various capital markets mandates.
He began his career with the Standard Bank Group in 2008 as an Investment Analyst in the real estate investment division.
He moved to Stanlib Asset Management in 2011 as a Buy-side Analyst and was subsequently promoted to a Portfolio Manager within the listed property team.
Mr. Smith holds a BCom (Hons) in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management, a BSc (Hons) in Property Studies from the University of Cape Town (UCT) and a MSc in Real Estate Financing and Investments from the University of Reading.
He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and FRICS designations.
