David Feinman

Mr. Feinman joined Harch in September 2008.
Mr. Feinman has extensive experience analyzing and managing credit risk.
He has held many senior level positions on Wall Street, including managing the high yield bond, special situation, distressed and proprietary trading desks at Societe Generale (1996-2004); Citicorp Securities, Inc. (1993-1996); Jeffries & Co., Inc. (1990-93, and more recently, 2007); Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc. ( 1987-90); and Bear, Stearns & Co. ( 1983-87).
Prior to moving to Wall Street, Mr. Feinman was a Staff Attorney at the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission (1978-83).
Mr. Feinman is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and the University of Southern California Law School.
