Allianz Global Investors GmbH (France) (AllianzGI-FR) is the French asset management division Allianz Global Investors GmbH, ultimately held by Allianz SE (ETR: ALV, ADR: AZSEY) in Germany. Formerly known as AGF Asset Management, the firm was founded in 1997 by AGF-Assurance Générale de France, and was acquired by Allianz in 1997. Headquartered in Paris, AllianzGI-FR offers a range of proprietary French and European investment products as well as international products managed by other Allianz Global Investors branches worldwide for their clients such as French private individuals, AGF Group insurance companies, corporations, institutions and financial services providers such as e-brokers and intermediaries. Commitment to sustainable development is part of the firm's corporate culture. They have been involved in SRI since 2003 and participate actively is several French SRI Initiatives.

AGF Asset Management (Asia) Ltd. (AGF AM Asia) is the wholly-owned mutual fund management subsidiary of AGF Investments, Inc., itself a subsidiary of wealth management firm AGF Management Ltd. in Canada. Headquartered in Singapore, AGF AM Asia was founded in 1996 and is the group's regional center for investments in Asian markets. It provides fund management services to institutions, high net-worth individuals and retail investors. AGF AM Asia is a signatory to the United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) as a sustaining member of the Responsible Investment Association.
