Isaac Barber

Isaac Barber joined ATW Partners as a managing director in 2021.
He is an investment professional with expertise managing portfolios of private equity, debt, and structured finance investments.
As a hedge fund portfolio manager, his experience includes underwriting and structuring private and public finance transactions, corporate restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Barber is also an entrepreneur, the co-founder of Crius Energy (TSX: KWH-U), now merged with Vistra Energy (NYSE: VST), which he oversaw from start-up through its IPO, at a valuation of about USD $400 million, underwritten by Scotia Bank, RBC and UBS.
Mr. Barber holds a BS from Touro College and a Rabbinical Ordination from the Rabbinical College of Australia.
