Jack H. Hartfelder

Mr. Kandoi is a Principal at VSS and joined the firm in 2013.
He is responsible for evaluating, executing, and monitoring investments across all of VSS’s Target Industries.
Mr. Kandoi currently serves as a board member of Really Great Reading and Endo1; and as a board observer of Connexion Point, Caravan Health and QuadaraNet.
He previously served on the boards of VKidz and BrandShop.
He has also been active in the firm’s investments in Acrisure, Coretelligent, Cambium Learning Group, Infobase Learning, and Metschools.
Prior to joining VSS, Mr. Kandoi was a part of the investment banking team at Citigroup.
Mr. Kandoi completed the Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology at the University of Pennsylvania, earning BS degrees in Economics and Computer Science from The Wharton School and the School of Engineering and Applied Science, respectively.
