James Francis Peters

Mr. James F.
Peters, Jr. CPA, is Chief Executive Officer at Tactical Allocation Group LLC.
He joined the firm in March 2004.
Prior to establishing TAG as an independent Investment Advisor in 1988, TAG was a boutique money manager within UBS Financial Services Inc., wherein Mr. Peters also served as a member of the firm's national investment consulting services Advisory Council, and previously; Kidder Peabody's Detroit office Director of 401(k) plans.
Prior to TAG, Mr. Peters has served as partner in charge of taxation, employee benefits and personal financial planning for the Detroit office of Pannel Kerr Forster, an international accounting firm, wherein he authored that firm's national policy on investment strategy for client financial planning.
Mr. Peters earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with Minors in Economics and Philosophy from St. Louis University and a Master of Science in Taxation from Walsh College.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American and Michigan Association of CPAs.
