Prior to joining Munros, he spent all of his professional life working for Kempen & Co N.V.
He joined Kempen in 1987 and was initially employed as a Sales/Trader in the stock broking division.
Then he moved to the research department and worked as a Specialist in small company research.
In 1998 and until January 2006, he moved to Kempen Capital Management (UK) Ltd, where he principally covered Europe’s smaller company markets with a particular focus on micro caps.
