Larry J.
Richards, aged 38 years, was the Vice President of Engineering from March 2004 through August 2004.
Prior to joining the Company, He held the position of Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer at XEL, which was acquired by the Company in February 2004.
He joined XEL in April 2000 directing the software development and was promoted to Vice President of Engineering in March 2001.
Prior to that, He held several management positions at Raytheon Systems responsible for development of sophisticated communications equipment from November 1997 to April 2000.
He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and a MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado.
