Mr. Stramara has extensive experience managing cash, short-term and intermediate fixed income mandates and has focused his career in the taxable fixed income sector of the market, utilizing securities including government, agency, corporate and money market instruments.
He has been in the investment management industry since 1991.
Prior to joining Voyageur in 2002, he worked at Liberty Capital Advisors as a public fund fixed income portfolio manager.
Mr. Stramara also worked as a taxable bond trader with Hopper Soliday and Co., Inc. He holds a BS in Economics from Pennsylvania State University.
