Michael Guinard

Michael Guinard has been Vice President-Special Projects of Alimentation Couche Tard, Inc. since January 2008.
Previously, he had been Vice President-Development for Alimentation Couche Tard since May 2002 and National Director of Real Estate Development since April 2000.
Mr. Guinard began his career in 1969 in the Canadian gas industry.
In 1991, he joined Groupe TDL Ltée, where he managed the real estate development activities for the province of Quebec.
Mr. Guinard has 15 years of experience with Southland Corp.
He received a Bachelor's degree in Economy from the University of Concordia.
