Mike Beltz

Mr. Beltz been instrumental in leading companies with the creation and implementation of growth strategies and achieving exceptional, sustainable results.
Mike has extensive expertise in sales and marketing, with specific focus on merger and acquisition execution.
Mr. Beltz began his career at First Data Corporation, where he spent 14 years in a variety of sales, marketing and merger and acquisition roles.
He served as Vice President of the Boston and New York regions, later serving as Executive Vice President of Sales and M&A for the credit card and merchant acquiring businesses.
He led the pursuit, negotiation and completion of the acquisition of Signet PLC, the largest European association credit card processor.
Subsequently, working closely with Bill Westervelt, they created the highly successful Merchant Alliance Program.
From 1997 to 2005, Mr. Beltz served as EVP and President of Transaction Services and later served as President of Utility Services for Alliance Data Systems (ADS).
ADS offers branded credit solutions, interactive and direct marketing services, and coalition and standalone loyalty programs.
During his tenure, his responsibilities included developing corporate strategy, leading the company's M&A organization, and having operating responsibility for both the network services and utility services business units.
Most recently Mike served as CEO of ChoicePay, Inc., a leading provider of electronic payment solutions to a variety of industries, where he was involved with the successful transition of the company through a private sale.
Mr. Beltz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Nebraska.
