Murphy O’Flaherty

O’Flaherty is a Portfolio Manager at RBC Global Asset Management (US), Inc. She joined the firm in 2015 and provides research and analysis for the Microcap Core, Small Cap Core, Small Cap Value and Mid Cap Value strategies.
Prior to joining the RBC Global Asset Management, she was Executive Director at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., where she utilized fundamental equity research to advise and make stock recommendations to asset managers employing all major investment strategies within all market capitalizations.
Previously, she served in a similar role as Director at CIBC, which was acquired by Oppenheimer.
She also worked in equities as Vice President and Principal at Bank of America and in fixed income at Morgan Stanley.
She is an advocate for local community and has served on non-profit boards focused on improving public space and services in the City of Boston.
Ms. O' Flaherty earned a BA cum laude from the Yale University and an MBA from the Duke University.
She received her undergraduate degree from Yale University and an MBA from Duke University.
