Niles Cole

Mr. Niles Cole is a Chief Financial Officer at COPIC Insurance Co. Mr. Cole joined COPIC in 2016 and has more than 26 years of experience as a business and finance leader in the medical professional liability insurance industry.
Prior to COPIC, he spent 17 years as the Chief Financial Officer at Constellation (formerly referred to as MMIC Group), and six years as the Controller at Physicians Insurance.
In addition, Mr. Cole served as a co-chair and board member of Physician Insurance Association of America’s Technology, Finance and Human Resources Section.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting from Minnesota State University and completed the Minnesota Executive Program at the University of Minnesota.
