Paul T. Stubbins

Mr. Stubbins joined Seasongood & Mayer in 1985, becoming a General Partner in 1988.
An expert in the area of public finance, Mr. Stubbins learned his craft while managing the southern Ohio government consulting practice of a "Big-8" accounting firm.
In his current role with Seasongood & Mayer, Mr. Stubbins develops and implements financing plans for cities, counties and school districts throughout the State of Ohio.
Mr. Stubbins, a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, is a General Securities Registered Representative and an Investment Advisor Representative.
He has qualified as both a General Securities Principal and a Municipal Securities Principal and has served as an arbitrator on several securities industry disputes.
Mr. Stubbins is active in many industry organizations.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Ohio Government Finance Officers Association and the Ohio Municipal Advisory Council and is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Municipal Finance Officers Association of Ohio.
Since 1991, he has served as financial advisor to the Ohio Water Development Authority.
In that role, he directed the largest single municipal issue in the State of Ohio, $545,560,000 Ohio Water Development Authority, State of Ohio Water Development Revenue Refunding Bonds, Pure Water Refunding and Improvement Series in 1992.
