Peter J. McLaughlin

Peter J.
McLaughlin joined Provide Commerce, Inc. board of directors in September 2003 and currently serves as the chairman of our audit and corporate governance committee.
Mr. McLaughlin is currently the associate director of principal gifts for Boston College, a position he has held since September 2002.
From September 1999 through August 2002, he was the managing director of Bernheimer Associates, a merger and acquisition firm concentrating on representing companies for sale in the direct marketing and direct mail businesses.
From March 1996 through August 1999, he served as the executive vice president of corporate development for Vestcom International, a document management business.
Mr. McLaughlin has served in a number of other senior management positions with various companies, including senior vice president of First Image Management Company, chief executive officer of Micrographics Systems, and president and chief executive officer of Alves Photo.
Mr. McLaughlin received an M.B.A.
from Northeastern University and an A.B.
in economics from Boston College.
Mr. McLaughlin is member of the Audit and Corporate Governance, and Compensation Committees.
