She has in-depth knowledge and established relationships with both public and private companies in China.
Prior to joining GHS, Ms. Luo was an Assistant Vice President at Mitsubishi UFJ Securities responsible for originating M&A and corporate advisory services.
While at Mitsubishi, she advised over 40 US corporations with regards to identification of potential acquisition or JV partners in China.
Prior to joining Mitsubishi, Ms. Luo was a Vice President of Mergers, Acquisitions and Strategic Transactions at the Walden Group and a Senior Analyst of Investment Banking at Warner Technology & Investment Corp.
Ms. Luo graduated from the University of International Business and Economic in Beijing and obtained her MBA from Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.
She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
