Rachel Serotta

Ms. Rachel Serotta is Investor Development Analyst at DWM Asset Management LLC.
Prior to joining DWM in 2011, she was the Business Development and Partnerships Associate at Safe Water Network, a nonprofit that develops market-based solutions to deliver safe, affordable drinking water to underserved markets in South Asia and Africa.
She has served as a consultant on community development and corporate social responsibility projects for Siemens USA and Alcoa Brazil.
Previously, she was the Corporate and External Affairs Officer for The Africa America Institute, a nonprofit organization that builds human capacity through educational scholarship and training programs for African students.
Rachel also worked in the Communications and Knowledge Management Departments of ACCION International.
She has lived in India, working on community health programs for UNICEF and a local nonprofit organization, Vidya Integrated Development for Youth and Adults.
Ms. Serotta received a BA from Colby College and holds a master's of international affairs degree in economic and political development from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs.
She is working to continuously improve her Spanish language skills.
