In addition to his role with TPH Partners, Mr. Lewis has been a Director of MDU Resources Group, Inc. since 2005 and is a Member of the Audit, Nominating and Governance Committees.
He has been Managing General Partner of Brakemaka LLLP and President of the Lewis Family Foundation since August 2004.
He founded Prima Energy Corporation in 1980 and has been Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer since July 2004.He was President of the Colorado Oil and Gas Association.
Currently, he is Chairman of Entre Pure Industries, Inc. and a Director of the Colorado Oil & Gas Association and the Colorado State Bank and Trust.
Mr. Lewis received a BS degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
