Since 1947, Jet Plastica has manufactured plastic disposable products for all types of organizations that provide food and beverage service. Their products are made from high-grade polypropylene and polystyrene materials and come in a wide variety of sizes to fit every need – from economical to high-end. As one of the largest manufacturers of these products in the United States, the company continually improving their manufacturing and service processes to deliver quality, cost-competitive products. Jet Plastica operates two manufacturing facilities in Hatfield, Pennsylvania and Fowler, California, where many of the company’s 500 employees work. A new executive team, brought into the company in Fall 2008, has been investing in lean production processes, improved customer service and delivery capabilities, and energy-efficient plant and office facilities that will allow the company to remain a leader for many years to come. Jet Plastica is privately owned and a portfolio company of MCG Capital Corporation.
