Mandatum Henkivakuutusosakeyhtiö Oy (Mandatum Life) is an insurance firm headquartered in Helsinki, Finland. The firm was founded in 1997 as Henki Sampo and is a subsidiary of Sampo Oyj (HEL: SAMPO). Mandatum Life provides comprehensive wealth and preparedness services to its private and corporate clients in Finland and the Baltic countries. Services include unit-linked insurance and related asset management, savings and investment services, personal insurance and corporate retirement and compensation solutions, and related consulting.

S-Bank Fund Management Ltd. (S-Bank) is the asset management subsidiary of S-Pankki Oyj, which is owned by S-Group in Finland. Founded in 1994 as FIM Asset Management Ltd., the firm was acquired by Reykjavik-based Glitnir banki hf (ICEX: GLB) in 2007 and renamed as Glitnir Asset Management. They changed their name back to FIM Asset Management Ltd. in 2008 after an MBO from Glitnir and became S-Bank Fund Management in 2021.
