Terry Pendleton

Prior to E2M, Mr. Pendleton served as a partner in the real estate operations of 2M Companies for twelve years; founded Luedtke, Aldridge, Pendleton, an office park and building developer; and partnered in the Raymond D.
Nasher Company, managing the development of large-scale real estate projects.
Mr. Pendleton started his career in the office building division of Gerald D.
Hines Interests.
He is a magna cum laude graduate of Rice University, receiving both a Bachelor of Arts degree and Master in Electrical Engineering degree.
He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas.
