Tom G. Bilodeau

Dr. Tom G.
Bilodeau is Special Counsel at Foley & Lardner LLP (Venture Capital).
Prior to Foley, Dr. Bilodeau was a patent examiner for the U.S.
Patent and Trademark Office, where he examined patent applications in semiconductor device processing.
He also worked as a research physicist for the University Research Foundation in the Naval Research Laboratory, where he designed and produced laser-excited fiber optic chemical sensors for remote identification and characterization of chemical contaminants for environmental applications.
Dr. Bilodeau graduated from University of Vermont (B.S., physics, 1982); Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (Ph.D., physics, 1990); and George Mason University School of Law (J.D., 1999).
He is a member of the George Mason University Law Review.
