Prior to joining MCG, Mr. McLoughlin was a Director in the Corporate Finance Group at ORIX Capital Markets, where he managed a high yield portfolio of bonds and syndicated bank loans.
Formerly, he was a Vice President in the Communications Banking Division at AllFirst Bank.
While in this position, he managed a credit intensive loan portfolio in cable television, specialty publishing, television broadcasting, wireless, and tower industries.
Prior to that, he sourced, underwrote, structured, and managed cash flow transactions for AllFirst Bank' Leveraged Finance Group.
He began his career as a loan officer for Manufacturers Bank of Detroit after successfully completing a two-year credit training program.
Mr. McLoughlin earned a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
