Jayalath Wickramasinghe is the founder of Connaissance Holdings Ltd., Amaya Resorts & Spas, Maalu Maalu Resort & Spas, Alliance Française de Kotte, Aliya Resort & SpA (Pvt) Ltd., Mountbatten Bungalow, Theme Resorts & Spas Pvt Ltd., CDC Events & Travel Pvt Ltd., Ayurvie Weligama, Scottish Planter Glendevon Bungalow.
Currently, he holds director positions at Kandyan Resorts Pvt Ltd., Culture Club Resorts Pvt Ltd., Fortress Resort & Spa, and La Forteresse (Pvt) Ltd.
Previously, he served as the Deputy Chairman of Hayleys Leisure Plc from 2012 to 2021, Independent Non-Executive Director of Hunas Holdings Plc from 2011 to 2019, and Non-Executive Director of Citrus Leisure Plc and The Fortress Resorts Plc.
He also held director positions at Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau and Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority, and served as the President of Sri Lanka Association of Inbound Tour Operators and Travel Agents Association of Sri Lanka.
