Headley is a Chief Executive Officer, Partner & Advisor at Quantum Financial Advisors LLC.
Prior to co-founding Quantum, she was a Partner at Abacus Wealth Partners.
In addition to her primary role as clients’ Financial Advisor, Ms. Headley also led the Mergers & Acquisitions and Women & Money initiatives.
Before Abacus, she was Head of product development for a financial services start-up that grew into a multi-billion dollar public company.
Previously, Ms. Headley was a Management Consultant for The Boston Consulting Group, where she advised senior executives of Fortune 500 companies.
She began her career as a Corporate Auditor for The General Electric Company.
Ms. Headley earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics and French from the University of Michigan.
