(SHA: 601601) in China. The firm was originally founded as Guotai Junan Allianz Fund Management Co., Ltd. through a joint venture between Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. (China) and Allianz AG (Germany) in 2003. CPIC Fund Management is headquartered in Shanghai and provides fund management services to individual and institutional investors.
