Before joining Wall Street Technology Partners LP Mr. Lichtenstein was a Managing Director of Dresdner Kleinwort Capital.
Mr. Lichtenstein has invested in over twenty-five venture capital, leverage buyout, mezzanine and cross-border transactions in a broad range of industries, including enterprise software, telecommunications, energy, financial services, electronic hardware, branded goods, healthcare and basic manufacturing.
Mr. Lichtenstein is an active board member of a number of companies, including Axiem, Calient, MetaStorm, Peppercoin and ReliOn.
Prior to joining Dresdner Kleinwort Capital, Mr. Lichtenstein worked as an associate for Gordian Group, an investment boutique specializing in bankruptcy restructuring, advisory and M&A activities.
Mr. Lichtenstein graduated Summa Cum Laude from Princeton University with a BSE in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and a certificate from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.
