Golden Willow Retreat is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting healthy grieving for individuals affected by all forms of loss. The non-profit company is based in Arroyo Hondo, NM. The organization empowers those impacted by grief and promotes the understanding of grief as a natural and healthy part of life. The retreat offers personalized grief support services including intensive five- to ten-day grief retreats tailored to individual needs, incorporating grief therapy, spiritual care, bodywork, movement practices, rituals, lodging, and meals. It also provides shorter restorative respites of two to four days, weekly in-person and online grief support groups led by certified facilitators, and weekend workshops focused on healing, reflection, and connection. Additional resources include a book co-authored by the founder and various talks on emotional healing. The company was founded by Amy E. Wyss.
