Andrew Watson

Mr. Andrew Watson is Chief Executive Officer at Amundi Alternative Investments SAS.
Andrew Watson is the Chief Executive Officer of Amundi AI, Inc. and Amundi AI Services, Inc., Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Amundi AI Holding, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Amundi AI, SAS and the President of Amundi AI, Ltd.
Mr. Watson is also a Director of the aforementioned entities and a member of the Executive, Investment and Risk Committees of Amundi AI.
He was appointed to these positions with Amundi AI in September 2009.
He also serves as a Director of various funds of funds managed by Amundi AI.
Mr. Watson started his career in 1972 as a graduate management trainee in the Treasury Department at Société Générale in London.
After joining Bankers Trust in Paris in 1975, he became Head of Treasury and Foreign Exchange.
In 1983, he joined Citibank in Paris where he was in charge of Fixed Income and Derivatives Trading.
In 1991, he joined Caisse Nationale de Crédit Agricole where he served as Head of Treasury and Fixed Income until 1994 when he was appointed Head of Capital Markets.
He served as Head of Capital Markets at Credit Agricole Indosuez (CAI) until 2001, when he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of CAI, later to become Calyon.
In 2005 he became a member of the Executive Committee of Amundi with responsibility for overseeing Employee Saving Plans.
Mr. Watson graduated with an Honors Degree in Modern Languages from the University of Cardiff (1972).
