She has spent her career focused on building human capital capabilities across high-growth finance and technology companies, making her an invaluable resource to Two Sigma Ventures’ diverse set of portfolio companies.
Ann advises portfolio company leadership teams on a broad range of organization-building and talent challenges to accelerate their growth and success.
After earning her BA in psychology from Dartmouth College and a Master’s degree in counseling from New York University, Ann launched her business career at the intersection of finance and technology at D.

Currently, she lives in Brooklyn with her husband, two children, and one dog and serves on the board of Girl Rising.
