Now the company serves its clients via their newly named companies; Atenda Home Medical Equipment, Atenda Nursing Management Services and Atenda Specialty Infusion Pharmacy. The company serves as the singular contact point for Health Plans and Physicians for all home care services that include Home Health, Infusion, Physician Replacement Medications, Specialty Pharmacy and Durable Medical Equipment by the owned companies and an extensive network of well-established providers. Through the proprietary software system, Patient Manager all physician orders are digitized into the system and bar coded. The original order image can be viewed at any time and on a real-time basis by Atenda, the Health Plan and Physicians via the internet. The company utilizes its proprietary tracking system for all Pharmacy, Home Health and DME services to follow the order from inception of receipt to delivery to the patient. The company provides an automated confirmation of order receipt once the order is entered into the system. The company also provides real-time utilization and care management reports.
