Beatrice Yormark has been President and Chief Operating Officer of Echelon Corporation since September 2001 and a Director of ID Systems, Inc. since June 2001.
Previously, she was Vice President of Worldwide Marketing and Sales for Echelon, which she joined in 1990.
Prior to joining Echelon, Ms. Yormark was Chief Operating Officer of Connect, Inc. Prior to joining Connect, she held a variety of positions, including Executive Director of Systems Engineering for Telaction Corporation, Director in the role of Partner at Coopers & Lybrand and Vice President of Sales at INTERACTIVE Systems Corporation.
She held various staff positions at the Rand Corporation and spent one year at Purdue, where she taught Computer Science.
Ms. Yormark received an MS in Computer Science from Purdue University in 1968 and a BS in Mathematics from City College of New York.
