He has more than 25 years of experience.
He began his career as an individual practitioner, merged his practice with a Greenwich, CT based firm where he transitioned to managing partner, helping it to grow in excess of two billion dollars in AUM, before leaving to co-found BIG.
He has served as Board President of a 501(c)3 non-profit, handled large-scale shareholder derivative litigation and corporate intellectual property matters, and assisted a major medical cannabis company in its capital raise and public listing on the Canadian Stock Exchange.
He also spent formative time clerking the Honorable Judge Isaac Borenstein at the Massachusetts Superior Court in Boston.
He holds a JD from Boston College Law School and a BA in Political Science and English Literature from Fairfield University.
