Mr. bin Mokhzani was educated at the Malay College Kuala Kangsar and Bloxham School, England, and read Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Balliol College, University of Oxford (BA Hons) and Law at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London (LLB Hons).
He is a barrister of the Middle Temple and an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
