Christopher started his career in the family business in Aschaffenburg, which produces and distributes sealant presses and silicone guns.
He studied business psychology (B.A.) in Munich and New York and afterwards studied corporate law with a major in M&A (LL.M.) while working in Munich.
Christopher has been working at Callista since 2015 and is responsible for the entire transaction process as an investment manager in close cooperation with CEO Olaf Meier.
This includes the search and screening of target companies, the financial structuring up to the closing of the transactions.
After a successful closing, Christopher supports the portfolio companies in initial carve-out projects and prepares the handover to the operational team.
