Goldman Sachs Asset Management International (GSAMI) is the Great Britain-based asset management subsidiary of Goldman Sachs Asset Management International Holdings Ltd., ultimately held by The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE: GS) in the US. The firm is headquartered in London and was founded in 1990. GSAMI is the hub of Goldman Sachs' European activities, which include investment banking, trading, asset management and securities services. Their clients include individuals, families and family entities, banks and thrift institutions, pooled investment vehicles, pension and profit-sharing plans, trusts, estates, charitable organizations, insurance companies, corporations, and other business entities.

MKM Longboat Capital Advisors LLP (MKM) was a London-based investment management firm established in 2005 through a spin-off from the US-based Sagamore Hill Capital Management LP. The firm ceased operating early 2009 in the wake of the Lehman Bros. collapse, and reopened shortly afterwards as Fortrinn Partners LLP. MKM provided fund management services to corporate plan sponsors, endowments, financial intermediaries, funds of funds, insurers, high-net worth individuals, family offices and private banks.
