AllianceBernstein LP (AB) is a SEC-registered investment advisor and mutual fund manager headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. Founded in 2000, the firm is owned by Equitable Financial Life Insurance Co., ultimately held by Equitable Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: EQH). AB provides investment advice to investment companies, pension and profit-sharing plans, banks and thrift institutions, trusts, estates, government agencies, charitable organizations, individuals, corporations and other business entities.

MacKay Shields LLC is a registered investment advisor headquartered in New York City. The original predecessor to the firm, MacKay-Shields Economics, was founded in 1938 as an economic consulting firm and it became MacKay Shields Financial Corp. (MSFC) in 1969. John W. Bristol & Co., Inc. (JWB) is an employee-owned, SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in New York City. The firm was founded by John W. Bristol in 1937 to advise on college and university endowment funds. In addition to endowments, JWB also serves charitable foundations, trusts, high net worth individuals, partnerships, as well as pension and other institutional clients.

Winslow Capital Management LLC (Winslow) is a SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The firm was founded by Clark Winslow in 1992. They are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nuveen WCM Holdings LLC, which is ultimately owned by TIAA Board of Governors. Winslow provides investment advisory and sub-advisory services to pension and profit-sharing plans (ERISA and non-ERISA), corporations, trusts, charitable organizations, foundations, endowments, registered mutual funds, collective investment trusts, foreign funds such as UCITS, and individuals and high net-worth individuals through several wrap/managed account programs.
