Cobie Russell

Cobie Russell is a Director of Dallas County Hospital District.
Previously, she worked for Parkland Board of Managers in April 2008.
She was a Member of the Blue Ribbon Panel.
Ms. Russell was a Commissioner for the Texas Commission for the Arts since 2003 and was a Member of the Advertising Review Committee for the State Bar of Texas from 2003 to 2006.
She was an Instructor at Booker T.
Washington Arts Magnet High School.
Ms. Russell received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Fine Art from Wells College.
